Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth. Front desk person was very nice and helpful.Best hot tub I've found in a hotel. Bare bones breakfast, but I'm always happy with a waffle maker. Quiet, convenient location. Family suite was a pleasant surprise.
Really nice hotel value for money but exasperatingly bad wifi - staff helpless to fix it but knew about it!

Very disappointing. This is my 2nd time here and again I was disappointed. . We like the pool and hot tub. That’s why I gave them another chance. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Desk clerk said “it is wonky throughout the building all the time.” That’s it - o other explanation or apology. The TV constantly went out. The excuse for that was the weather. It was raining.
