Safe location ! That’s my number 1 priority when traveling with family . Room was clean and the staff was friendly . Breakfast was fine no issues .

PROS: - Great Customer Service. Every shift-worker at the front desk gave genuine and superb customer service. - Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. - Seamless check-in due to pre-registration online. - Convenient ice machine and vending machines were right outside our 1st-floor door. <> CONS: - Bathroom was okay, but a little old and stained - specifically the bathtub and the floor molding. The public areas were clean and the pool area was clean. The desk workers were great. The rooms were NOT clean. One of the beds had what looked like dried blood on the blanket -they did give us a clean one. There were several hairs in the tub. The trash cans were gross inside. The door handles were sticky. See pics. The rooms need a little bit of upgrading and remodeling. The carpets did seem clean.

The staff was so friendly. Checking in was very pleasant the lady was so kind and cheerful. Breakfast was very good and the staff did a great job at keeping up with it. The cleaning lady was also very polite. We had to get a cot for our 6 year old and it was so comfortable she loved it. We had a great visit.
