Ashley, night manager was SO helpful last night. I had unknowingly clicked on the incorrect reservation date on booking.com, and showed up tired and ready to check in. No reservation showed up and even the confirmation number was no help. Ashley asked if the date were for sure for Friday night. Of course I had managed to mess that part up. I presumed I was just out the money for my not needed Saturday reservation. Ashley provided the phone number to booking.com and suggested I ask them to modify my reservation date. Horrible. Phone didn't work! Bedside table with outlet didn't work. Looked as though it was in the middle of construction. Room 124. Front desk's response..Oh. I'm sorry. Totally unacceptable. Wish corporate would reach out to me before I reach them. If this is what they offer, I want no part of it. They can tear up my rewards.
The manager Ateet is an absolute legend he is always willing and ready to help no matter the time or issue absolutely amazing staff as well I definitely recommend if your in the Fredricksburg area you come to the super 8!!!!!
