The rooms were okay, a bit outdated. Some of the fixtures were broken or falling apart. The hallway ceiling is lower than the ceiling in the room. There was about three inches of space between the ceiling and the top of my head (I'm 6'2). Internet was not good but that was expected. One of the drawers was being held in place by the weight of the top drawer. As soon as I pulled out the top drawer, the bottom panel fell right off. The GM Mohamed is truly the epitome of Hospitality. I booked through a third party to book my room over the weekend and unfortunately the 3rd parties app GLITCHED and double booked me. After personally jumping through every hoop to get a refund or credit with no resolution I explained to him about my problem and he took time out of his very busy day to call the 3rd party and did everything he could outside of taking money out of his own pocket so I didn’t have to stress about it.
