Absolutely a hidden gem 💎 I really love the customer service and the laundry didn't disappoint clothes came out clean hour dry time absolutely a deal for a full load wash and dry for 4 dollars they have soap in vending very convenient!!! Breakfast was just the right start to the day can't wait to come back

my boyfriend asked prior to checkin how much the deposit was and when I checked in I had to pay twice as much, $100! which whatever thats not unheard of but I got the vibe that you get what you pay for and I figured we could just get through the next 7 days and move on. we declined a couple days of housekeeping cause things were fine and we are private people and like doing stuff ourself. about day 2 or 3 we had spilled coffee and it had gotten on a towel. when we returned the towels the housekeeper was counting them and giv... read more

1) when is she called and they told us that $50 deposit; instead it was $100! At check in 2) we are very private people in like to keep our rooms clean on our own, which did not make the hotel staff happy even though we were only staying a Week

Honestly I would give 0 stars because of the treatment that me and my partner receive from this hotel.. rooms are not that clean, the furniture is old like who wants to sit in a recliner that’s been there since they opened? I don’t want to necessarily say all the staff was rude and aggressive but I will say the woman at the front desk is! It’s an issue EVERY TIME, either no money was returned, we can’t check in, or she just simply acts like she doesn’t want to service us! The list goes onnnnnn.
