I stayed here for a company course. In my room there was some gravy or something brown up the wall above the table. My bathroom smelled like clothes that had been rotting in the washing machine for a while I actually gagged when I first walked in because of the smell. BED BUGS AND THEY DID EVERYTHING IN THE THEIR POWER TO COVER IT UP AND THEN PROCEEDED TO KICK ME OUT OF THE HOTEL WITH I HAD THREE MORE NIGHTS TO STAY AND DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND AND CHARGED ME FOR THE FULL WEEK HORRIBLE PLACE I'LL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT

On July 5, I booked a room at your hotel. At around 10:00 p.m., I checked in and was assisted by a receptionist named Jennifer. Unfortunately, my experience with her was very disappointing.
