It's cheap and it's easy to get to. Everything was clean and it was very convenient and pretty quiet. No issues. Safe, clean and easy to get to Ravinia.
The person at the front desk was nice, when I left my key in the room they were quick to help. That's where it stops, the floors were so dirty. We had to keep shoes on until we got into bed. The shower head was rusted. Not to rant but who in the world fixes the toilet paper to fold under the roll, why??? There is only one way to do it and that's over the roll. lol We have stayed at this hotel now 3 times, the first time was a pretty good expierence, the second time the toilet didn't work good the shower was dirty and when we... read more
