We checked in under our reservation and was told after checking in that he had to go up and check the room. He was on his way out the door of the room when we got to it and quickly said okay yeah so you're good to go but the TV does not work. Then off he went. We weren't offered a discount or a different room or anything.
It was a nice room the area just wasn’t quite I wouldn’t recommend the back side because it was to noisy
The room was not tidy and had an unpleasant odor. The floors were heavily stained and looked very unclean. Lights not working. Limited breakfast.
