The rates advertised "Online" are not the rates you will pay. The advertised rate is under 90 dollars. The actual rate was almost 130.00 The room is dirty. The room smells horribly of cigarettes. The bathroom is disgusting Hard Pass at all costs!

Terrible Internet service
The rooms are clean, the front desk has a wonderful receptionist. The rooms are very clean. There's a washer and dryer, indoor pool. The place is right in the middle of Dawsonville and walking distance to just about everything. The rates are not too bad either. They have a business center up front. All of the staff are polite, positive, and customer service as a priority.
