I have a back injury, spinal stenosis and my neck and back have been broken numerous times so I asked for a lower level room and it went in one ear and out the other
Room 123 Ate by bedbugs: My stay was on Friday OCTOBER 10th 2025. checking in and everything was good.. The pool was closed. Around 12-1am I had to check out of my hotel room because of bedbugs. I got bitten up on my arms and smashed two bed bugs on the bed. They told me when I checked out that the owner was on vacation in Puerto Rico And they couldn’t reach her to address my refund. I stayed here for 4 months. The first 3 were alright. There were a few bugs here and there such as centipedes and flies. After 3 months, I found a sex toy behind my nightstand when i went to plug in my phone charger. I went to lay down for bed and I felt like there were fleas crawling on me and jumping off of me. Come to find out, it was body lice. They do not change the bedding very well. I had them change mine plenty of times and only seem to replace the comforter and sheet; not the top 2 blankets. It was a place to sleep. Quiet even though it is close to highway.
I usually don't review, but this is too ridiculous. We booked for one night, and got charged a $100 security deposit, which is weird because other super 8's don't do that. So we gave the $100, told us there isn't a breakfast even though their building has a built in breakfast area. We get to The room and it had a musty, almost damp feeling in the room when we walked in. The microwave didnt work, hair dryer didn't work, you couldn't close the bathroom door, the outlet behind the nightstand was loose (most of the outlets were)... read more
