I feel like this is a second home. Staff is wonderful.
Jessi at the frontdesk was amazing .the room was cleaned and comfortable
The maid staff does not speak English and no one on the front desk speaks Spanish or Mexican. Can be frustrating! The computer in the front lobby and printer for guest to use does not work. The pool and hot tube exist but are closed down from the health department a long time ago and seems to be for good!? Something about a leak from the water tank or pump. Neighbor harassed and pounded on our door and when I opened the door thy were very rude and in my face. Called 8 times to front desk and all the kept saying was thy would talk to them. Spoke with manager in the morning and all he said was I’m sorry I did talk to them. That doesn’t help the fact we got no sleep and my kids were extra tired and crabbing, and I spent over 200$ for two nights of hell and wasn’t even offered a discount or our money back
Reserved a room here for two night and currently staying here I have neighbors who were loud last night And I told the front desk. Nothing was done at all tonight the same neighbors are extremely loud with people coming in and out of room kids screaming and adults arguing with each other and told the front desk yet again because my kids are getting woke up but nothing is being done. Do not recommend it here.
