Ok so if you book here, the rooms are adaquate,basic, no chair in room besides at desk, i had adaquate lights, plugs for electrical, the beds were clean sheets soft not too crisp, check in was easy quick, i had the room i reserved months ago, smoking and had service dog with me. I had no issueschecking in loved online check in and out. Staff very friendly, quiet hotel, not alot of street or um wierd people noises, this hotel is close to base, walmart sams any store restraunt you want, walking distance, or quick access to i77... read more

Room was very dirty, missing pin for hinge on bathroom door. Burn marks in carpet, on the tub. Didn't dare to rake shoes off. Immediately checked out and they refused to refund money "because you were more than 2 minutes in room" do not recommend this dump to anyone.

First 5 seconds in the room BOOM spot roaches in the room. I go to the front desk and tell the lady, she acting like this is the first time she heard about roaches which is a lie because at least 3 people came to us asking about roaches. Long story short my kids slept in the van because they never even seen roaches they were freaked out. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE. They are disgusting. Great location with everything that you need to get if your a out of towner within walking distance bus sad hotel

If I can give them a negative star I would. I booked this hotel for a military graduation this place is so nasty dirty disgusting I wanted a non-smoke room and the room I got smelled like so much smoke it was so strong my eyes were burning chest and throat was irritated. It was horrible. It was dirty. I had to clean it thank God I had some disinfecting wipes. But I just ended checking out of that room. I couldn’t handle it. It was so horrible. Pleasant staff. I got here around 2am but surprisingly the staff was friendly and willing to help when I had an inquiry. The morning staff was friendly as well.
