We stayed at the Super 8 in Columbia, SC while attending my daughter’s military graduation because of its proximity to the base—but that was the only positive about this experience. From the moment we checked in, things felt off. The lobby was unkempt, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Once we got to the room, it only got worse.
