Staff was great. Office and lobby looked good. Rooms could use new or better beds. Breakfast should of been better. See video. More waffles batter was wasted because it was to thin and would pour out of thr waffles maker. Juice was also watered down.
Whoever checked my husband in was rude! She asked my husband what disability he has for having a service dog. That’s against the law. And then threatened him that he could go somewhere else if he didn’t tell her. He also had one of the cleaning staff walk in on him without knocking And he got charged a fee of $25 a night extra for God knows what.
