Room dirty
The breakfast was terrible no seat’s available because of road workers. The service at checkout was not good, it was like I was interrupting his screen time. A place I will not return to EVER.
I've never stayed at a hotel and was treated with such disrespect. So the hotel decided to have a fire alarm testing starting around 130p and the front desk didn't even bother to inform the guests on what was going on. This testing went on for about an hour and a half. When I called the front desk and asked what was going on, the lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful.
