Pros: convenient location halfway between Asheville and Boston. Very friendly staff. Fun pool. Carts for hauling luggage in and out. Working mini-fridge. Excellent value. Cons: My room had a leaky shower, a broken beside lamp, a clock with the wrong time (easily fixed), and various stains. Breakfast would benefit from fresh fruit and a waffle maker.
Bad 👎 bug in the room
TV was broken. They offered to switch rooms to fix but we had adjoining rooms and moving would mean they didn't have any other rooms adjoining. Pool was broken and closed for all but 1 day of our stay. Housekeeping left more of a mess in one of our rooms then was there before they came.
It's OK for the price, not really relaxing. Good for nightcap stopover
Worst hotel I’ve ever stepped into. If I could give it 0 stars I would. There were stains from the floors to the ceilings, constant drip of water in the shower, hole in the ceiling, bugs and hair in the bed, sheets were also disgusting. I asked if I could check out and get a refund, the front desk said they couldn’t do that and they would get room service in the morning, I wasn’t sleeping in that bed so I left.
