I could not sleep there was no AC and when I turned around it was always roaches crawling on the walls.

El peor alojamiento de mi vida. Fui con mi esposa e hijo. La habitación mugrienta, repleta de cucarachas y chinches, caminaban por la cama. El baño tenía tantos bichos que no pudimos usarlo. Olor a cigarrillo horrible. Manchas de sangre en las sábanas. Afuera, en el estacionamiento, gente drogada que gritaba. Nos fuimos antes del desayuno, ya que no pudimos dormir. La conserje al llegar al hotel, casi no dijo palabra.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel ever. The front desk staff is rude and inconsiderate. The rooms all smell like cigarettes.

Had worst experience. Went with my family including 6 mo baby, preferred non smoking room but was given smoking room. Then on request, I was given non smoking room which was worser, so I had to stay in smoking room itself. They gave me a spray to get rid of the smell but definitely it won’t remove the entire smoke effect. Squeaky beds, broken things, torn bedsheets. I had nothing to feel positive about the stay. Staff tried to help but couldn’t due to no other options.
