The lady at the front desk her name is Shauna needs to be fired. I would not write a review generally but let me tell you this lady tells me to come early for check in after I called before I arrived she assured me early check in is okay and lots of rooms with two double beds are clean as oppose to rooms with one bed. I thought I left a review in the past. Recently visited a good motel in Saint John NB and remembered the bedbugs and homeless people in the Super 8. Made me great ful not to experience another homeless shelter.
My senior citizen parents stayed for 4 nights. Room was full of dog hair and the smell of pot was an hourly issue in the hallways that crept into their room. I told them to make a complaint or request a different room but with them being strangers to the city they were afraid to mention any of these issues. My father was there for medical appointments due to heart conditions and felt that making a complaint would put added stress to his situation. We stayed at the Super 8 this weekend with our hockey team for three days and had an amazing experience. We rented the conference room for our team dinner, and the staff were absolutely incredible to deal with. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and they even allowed us to store our food in the fridge prior to serving, which made everything run so smoothly.
