The service and all is good the front desk Sarah was very kind and helpful
If you get stuck overnight due to a missed connection at DFW, DO NOT choose this hotel. Shuttle service is so terrible that you should just assume it does not exist and you will be better off.
This hotel is horrible! Let me start by saying this wasn’t by choice! American Airlines sent us here for a delayed flight. The front desk person was awful and not helpful what so ever. Not sure if he was the manager for the night because the sign said AP Patel and I didn’t get his name but requested a manger card. Called down to the desk upon arrival to sheets being stained by what could have been blood or something of reddish brown color🤢 When I notified him after waiting more than 15 mins he didn’t bother to look or help ... read more
Surprised it was so clean
Too incompetent to provide shuttle, then refused to pick up phone when I called to ask where it was. Left me stranded at the airport in the middle of the night for hours
