don't ever go here if you have a choice! I had a hotel voucher for DFW. I could've chosen some super eight Motel 6 or Days Inn I'd rather stay in a cardboard box on the curb The shuttle didn't show up for three hours
Great customer service by Henna and Very clean and well kept up and Sarah always gives great customer service as well and shows great hospitality!!
The place is really good … had great experience with front desk Sarah ….cause I had really bad experience with days in . Would recommend the place and the service is great
Unfortunately another American Airlines caused stay over. From call to hotel via shuttle was just shy of 2 hours. (They told me 30 mins). The front desk guy was very pleasant. I did appreciate that after a long day and canceled travel. The hotel served its purpose. A place to sleep. It’s not a Hilton but it was clean.
