very upset no hot water.

They left my husband high and dry. He got a confirmation email for $59 a night for an extended stay, when he got there they upped the price to $89 a night and wouldn’t honor the confirmation price. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service at a hotel before.
1st of all this hotel has bed bugs!!! 2nd the employees are rude like everyone says, 3rd I checked out at 930pm because I couldn't stand the place or the service!! But if you go here you better watch out for the bed bugs cuz they're there!!!
the staff was extremely rude when ever i asked for anything i had room service come to my room 3!!!!times in one day became harassing and herd the male staff yelling at a younger staff member sooo aggressive they where terrible and its unfortunate because the rooms where ok for the price and the view of the mountain was fantastic but i can honestly say i would never stay hear agin and will be sure to warn my coworkers and friends of there rude behavior
Huge shout out to Bree at the Super 8 in Bozeman, Montana. Alaska Airlines screwed up and lost our bags. She was very accommodating and allowed us to stay a few hours after checkout so that we can wait for our bags to come in from Spokane, Washington. Thank you again Bree and the Super 8 team in Bozeman, Montana.
Had a great stay and the breakfast was great. Paying over $100 for a Super 8 is just too much but we had no choice. Very nice front desk staff.
