Clean and quiet. Good TV. Fridge & microwave helpful. Descent breakfast.
NEVER AGAIN!!! Small pubic hairs were all over the inside of tub upon checking in. The staff was rude and simply not helpful!! I told the front desk clerk about the hair, and her response was simply, “Oh.” She acted like I was inconviencing her. She never offered to even clean the tub, or find a way to make it right with us! She was too eager to get back to her cell phone conversation! I’m not a complainer, but poor customer service and dirty rooms are totally unacceptable. �
Hotel is overpriced. The room was dirty and musty. WiFi needs updated. Breakfast was scary. Open gallon of milk sitting in a pan of ice.
Great service. And 5 stars for veteran parking. #America
Staff is always amazingly kind, and knowledgeable. I spent LOADS of time at this hotel before I got my new place. I'm excited for the new renovation also!
