Being a 75 year old, unfit, overweight, physically damaged woman was depressing. I am still 75 years old but have recently participated in a 6 week fitness challenge at Supafit Performance Centre with astonishing results. Thanks to sage instructions and encouragement, with an appropriate exercise regime and a calorie controlled diet, I am stronger, more agile, 8.8kgs lighter with an overall sense of well being not experienced for years. Belonging to the Supafit family has been an enjoyable lifesaver.
Mon was truly so lovely, caring, personable, attentative and accessible on my health journey. She was right by my side as well as having the online group to bounce thoughts, ideas, and extra info with so that you never felt alone. Highly recommend Mon and her services to finding a better you ☺️
