I had a couple of air conditioning units installed. Unfortunately, one of the units didn't perform as expected at first. Although it took some time to sort out, I truly appreciate Dom, Adam, and the team for going above and beyond to resolve the issue. I'm super happy with the fully functional unit now and feeling confident heading into summer. I'll definitely be getting them back for the next installs. Thanks again for the great service and commitment to getting things right!
Fantastic AC contractor. Got them to replace may split unit with a new Daikin Cora 7.1kW. Such a good company to deal with and such a quality install. So much neater than the previous install. Highly recommend them.
Damaged my ceiling and reduced to accept any responsibility, cost me $400 to get the ceiling repaired.
Very good team, and great install. This is the 2nd time I have used them for aircon install. This one was for my investment property a big Great job I have changed my rating to one star due to waiting over 3 weeks in regards to a warranty claim. No return emails or phone calls. I will never buy another Dakin aircon unit, rusting and not even 3 years old. You are only as good as the items you sell and fit. So much for their special coating to stop rusting as per Dakin site
I really enjoyed the service provided by the Supacool team. The communication was excellent, and the work performed quickly and as promised.
