Out of all the health related places I have taken my mother (& I have taken my mother to MANY clinics and hospitals due to a wrist injury), this place has been the worst by far. The optometrist, Dr. Jolly Mamauag-Camat, was very rude. My mother said Jolly was performing the tests very quickly and harshly while at the same time mumbling in between her teeth as if she was very irritated. Jolly went over important info using terms that on average someone would not understand & was irritated.
Your staff in the front office is really disrespectful mainly one girl!!
Every time I have visited Dr. Suorsa it has always been a pleasant experience. He is knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. This is especially true of when I first got my contacts and took FOREVER to learn to put them in myself, but Dr. Suorsa never made me feel rushed or anything like that. Him and his staff continued to help me until I was comfortable doing everything myself. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an optometrist.
