Non hygenic place. They DON'T CHANGE GLOVES & DON'T USE isopropyl alcohol to disinfect their hair cutting tools. They keep using same gloves for all customers and once they done with customer they put the gloves by gloves box to show customers that they will be using "new" one but acutally they are not and grab the old one they removed after prior hair cut.
