If I could give zero stars I would!!! My sister was diagnosed with ALS and was looking for a great doctor to give her some hope in this horrible disease. Instead Dr. Young was nothing but disrespectful, cold hearted, dismissive, gives no hope to the patient! She doesn’t listen to patients and she very quickly cuts them off mid sentence. She also doesn’t like family members asking questions on behalf of the patient. My sister-in-law saw Dr. Young for ALS and she did not allow anyone to get any words out, did not answer our questions, and has no compassion at all. Dr. Young did not tell us about some trial studies that she is a good candidate for either. On a subsequent visit, we experienced the same. Did not let anyone get any questions in, cuts you off without listening, and then gets very defensive when questioned or challenged. If I could give them a zero I would. This PA just gas lighted me and gave me no viable options. Was sent to this place by pain management. 5 min. exam. Just says we cannot help you. I ask about stenosis and cyst causing stenosis she says she didn't see that. Pain 24/7. Can't get normal house work done or walk my dogs anymore. No quality of life and they can't help. Sent me back to pain management. Don't go here please find someone who cares.
Guess I have to drive to Rochester in order to be seen with my condition…..
