Paid the $100 for the background check for a rental, three days later we received a phone call saying that we were denied the rental and we would get a letter in the mail explaining the denial. 21 days after the phone call we still did not receive the letter saying why we were denied, I sent them an email saying that we did not receive the letter. do not bother being honest about this company. I have not personally dealt with them but it appears that those who leave any type of negative message are promptly threatened with a frivolous lawsuit and those comments are removed. Which totally negates the use of a free review site and violates freedom of speech.
Great job on getting my property rented. Sunworld is the best Property Management company I have had to ever deal with and I have had several. I will recommend to all my friends that own rentals.
