Despite many of the issues that are posted about on Yelp, my wife and I had no major issues when purchasing a car. We had visited Sunwise once before. Though we were apprehensive that we would have a bad experience, Rob was really good. The electronic buying experience is a little strange, but other than that, everything went well. I agree that they have fast and friendly service! I called a day ahead about a vehicle and everything was ready to go next day for me.
Sun wise has some really decent Audi and bmw used models. Billy was very attentive to me when I was purchasing my car, however some aspects of purchasing were a little convoluted, such as having to talk back and forth with the head office in concord. Overall a really decent experience and would shop again.
Rob took good care of me. The financing was surprisingly easy as well!! I’ll definitely be back
