Yes Does the provider's staff treat you well? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Absolutely Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? Yes Was this provider thorough in discussing the risks and benefits of your treatment options? Definitely Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
