my husband took me here after a hike for a time to relax. we were "checked in". all the pools were mildly warm with the exception of the indoor tub. we overhead an employee tell another group that the heaters were out of 2 of the upstairs tubs and that's why they were cold. we were then asked to leave a public tub for a "private party". no refunds we offered. no apologies. no serenity. we spent our hour at the spa moving from tub to tub attempting to find one that wasn't overfilled, or that had working heaters. It was so relaxing and calming for me definitely going to be going back more
I like this place however it is the highest price hot spring I have been to here in Colorado. Paying for 2 hours here gets you a full day almost anywhere else. The prices used be be more read but have risen considerably along with reducing the time you get to soak.
First time visit and we will be back for sure. Sat in a private tub with a beautiful view before getting an amazing massage from Erin. We will be making this an annual anniversary trip to start our day in amazing Manitou Springs.
