I went in today for my birthday. I did a soak, Massage, and facial. I don’t have enough words to express the Amazing Experience I had. From the the front desk to the last service. Kaitlyn is amazing, friendly and kind every single time I have been checked in by her. My massage therapist Erin to die for. But, my biggest rave is to Fide, my esthetician.. I love this place! Nolen, you were awesome too. I couldn’t spend my birthday with my husband, family, or friends, but this experience made up for it. Thank you.

I was really looking forward to this experience for my wonderful friends 40th birthday celebration. We were told there would be a two hour wait which was no problem at all. The wait was over two hours, which is understandable. However I think it’s completely poor business when a business doesn’t even allow us to use their facilities is completely ridiculous.

the staff was wonderful, very welcoming. the tubs were clean and so we're the dressing areas. my aunt and I had a wonderful couple of hours trying everything out.
