Went to the yoga soak on March 12 with Austin. Was one amazing experience!! Hope there will be many more of these events in the near future. Also, the music was an excellent touch. I have been telling everyone I know about it!!

Worst pre-natal massage ever. When your therapist says I think this is done on your side and I hope we have pillows you know it's going to be bad. Good thing I left my underwear on because I was full exposed multiple times.

I love teaching at SunWater and enjoying all of their services!!! It's a magical, positive place. ;) Speaking of what they offer, Tuesday afternoons in January there is a new Om Sweet Om Kids Yoga class while parents soak!!;) First class is today, 3:45-4:45. School age kids are invited to come play on your mat, have some fun, creative and relaxing yoga time while your parent (s) have their time too. $15 for class which includes parent soak! Yea! I hope to see you there.;)
