Children NOT Welcome. Customer service needs improvement, hair dryer was broken, and they knew it. They Could have had an extra one at the desk, when i asked for one. We had to leave with wet heads in 40 degree outside temp. And, Only 3 out of 7 tubs were open. We walked all the way up to third floor, only to find tubs not opened up. Very Sad Experience for our Vacay. �
This is a beautiful place. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have attended two seminars there and added a soak both times and was glad I participated. The tubs are relaxing and the scenery is amazing!
Sara is the most amazing esthetician I've ever encountered!!! Her bed side manor is out of this world. Not only that but she is extremely knowledgeable and sweet. If you ever need a facial or waxing done she is your gal! I can't say enough good things about her!!! ( and I have been to MANY estheticians in town) plus not only is sara amazing but so are the soaking pools! My skin feels so amazing afterwards. All around it's an amazing place and I would give more than 5 stars if I could

Fantastic location and experience. Love soaking in the hot tubs with the majesty of Pikes Peak behind us. Beautiful. Can't wait to come back to have a full spa experience with facial!

Amazing from the minute you walk in. We went for a friends birthday highly recommend.
A friend and I went here a few nights ago as a treat for my birthday. We did the two-hour mineral soak for $20 and it was absolutely amazing! We had a gorgeous view of the mountains and it was so peaceful and quiet. I was surprised by how quiet it was even though there were several roads nearby. The woman who checked us in was extremely helpful and told us how everything worked. It was a very unique experience and one that I will definitely be back to enjoy!
