HORRIBLE Company. Stay Away!!!I have had nothing but problems and unacceptable responses from this company. I currently have 2 issues with them: *********** claimed that I would be enrolled in the ** SERC program that would pay me for my energy production. I have not received any payments and email from **'s clean energy program that the application was invalid. The second issue is now that it is approaching the summer my panels are producing more, however 20 or my 36 panels stopped working due to a breaker that continues to... read more

This company is using my information to file inspections. This company has yet to resolve the issue in 5 years! I have contacted all the municipalities here in ******** and spoken to the Baltimore city council letting them know and yet no resolution from the company has been provided. To this day I get calls for inspections when I am not the contact.

In late February 2023 we signed up for solar panel installation with Suntuity. Early March we had some questions about comments on the BBB site. When we called Suntuity to get answers about these qeustions, no one returned our phone calls. This was a red flag that prompted us to cancel. Im glad we decided to cancel because we may have gotten the same treatment with no returned calls if there would have been a problem with the system. Terrible customer service. My solar is up and running and I cant believe the savings. Perfect timing before summer. My sales agent DJ has been great. Throughout the whole process he continued to check in. As promised when I had a great experience as he assured me I would he asked me to send referrals his way and let people know. I 100% will.

I had a good experience ****** solar has been truthful verses 7 other company's ***** has been wonderful and honest with me I already ************** friend to get solar also can't wait to get my panels I will update my experience when I see that I'm saving money

I had a roof solar panels installed early in 2022. From the initial meeting with the salesperson, through having it connected to the utility grid and producing electricity, I've had a very good experience. I've since purchased an electric vehicle, so my electricity consumption has gone up. I'm going to have Suntuity double the size of the current installation.
