I made an appointment to get a document notarized. I specifically put a note on the appointment comments the reason for my visit. When I arrived, I was told there was no notary there. I was instructed to visit another branch. Fortunately, I had enough time to go to the Owings Mills Blvd branch and thankfully, the notary was there when I arrived. I am disappointed in the Reisterstown branch for not notifying me beforehand that a notary was not going to be present for the scheduled appointment.
Made an appointment for 2pm today. Arrived at the appropriate time. One banker was with a customer, the other on the cell phone. No greetings or care. When I tried to understand what was going on with the scheduled appointment (after 20 min waiting) I was told that one banker is a trainee and the other one is at lunch! No respect towards the time I took from work to come! No curtousy towards the situation, as if I have bothered somebody with my appearance! No manager on site!! This bank is a joke. You can go almost anytime of the day and there will be only 2 tellers working. The wait time is ridiculous and there’s always a line inside and a line at drive thru. The same 2 tellers have to help drive thru and inside customers. Also, half the time the tellers are either really rude or they are clueless about what they are doing.
Slowest most incompetent and understaffed bank I’ve ever been to.
