By 3:10 PM, I was receiving text updates directly from the delivery driver, and the flowers had been delivered the very same day. What really impressed me was the communication. They sent photos of the arrangement before delivery, asked if I wanted a complimentary balloon added, notified me when they received the order, and then followed up again once the delivery was completed.
