Their technician/salesman came out today and tell me my whole electrical system had been shorted out and in his opinion I needed a whole new heating and air unit I decline the offer called a local heating and air company they came out had my system running in less than 30 minutes showed me the actual problem in the whole service call and labor was Less than this company's service call I don't know why people think every time something is not working the best thing to do is just buy a new one? Amazing staff. Very fast and very professional!
I’d give the zero stars if I could, technician came in just trying to sell a unit. Lied about trouble shooting the system, if he had he would have found all the poor service work the company have been doing for years. He saw 2 senior citizens and thought he found a pay check. We’ve paid for a service plan for the past 6 years only to find out that the last couple of years they’ve not been doing anything but finding new thing to charge us for each year
My service was a plumbing problem ,it was checked out and I'm awaiting the estimate.
