Every time they come out for a routine maintenance service, there’s an iPad presented with three options for services that need to be complete that are wildly expensive. They push a membership each time. Definite snake oil salesmanship as others have mentioned. I decide to purchase the $40 a month membership. The one time I need immediate help with a plumbing issue I’m told that they only have one plumber and he’s booked for the day. He can come out the following morning.
