I've been going to Sunstone Yoga in Las Colinas off/on for several years but had to lay off a while due to back problems. My doctor gave the OK to begin exercising again and since jumping back on the Yoga train a few months ago my back pain has subsided! They also have many membership plans to fit your needs/schedule. Liz and the entire team are pleasant and easy to work with, not to mention excellent instructors! Thanks Sunstone Yoga family. :-)

Started practicing yoga at Sunstoneyoga in 2011, was hooked from the get go. I love the variety of classes and different teaching styles. In fact I loved it so much I went through Teacher Training and am now teaching at #sunstoneLas Colinas
