I love the variety of classes and the teachers are encouraging and supportive. Even for a beginner. I especially adore the Core classes. They have improved my core imensely
Every morning I head over to Sunstone Fit. I love that they have variety of classes. If I feel like relaxing, I make it to a Yoga class. if I want something more intense I go to Barre or HIIT.

I have to say after joining your studio 2 year ago, I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life right now. I went to class yesterday and there were bugs on the yoga floor. It was pretty gross
