we’re told that our apartment will have new appliances and be all fixed up before we move in since the previous tenant was there for more than 3 years(give or take) That’s was a not true. We have had issues with our toilets, and our kitchen appliances, as well as random little issues here and there. Parking is insanely tight, limited spaces, the speed bumps are terrible. DO NOT move here! This place is way over priced its not worth it. Mold from the moment we moved in especially in the windows, bathrooms, closets, just throughout the entire place. Our toilet leaked and they said it's normal due to condensation which is not true. It shouldn't leak to the point my bathroom is about to be flooded. Moving out was just as bad!! they held our security deposit PLUS charging us almost 2k for DUST, carpet, nail holes in the wall ect. They found every thing possible to take money from us!! The rent was way too high to live with bad neighbors, moldy bathrooms, bedrooms, windows, doors, limited and tight parking, front office who micro manages even after following regulations for noise, smoking, etc. DO NOT apply here please, we moved a few days ago
Please do your research before signing a contract with this complex. Maybe even drive through the complex at different times/days. You can find a nicer unit elsewhere for similar price. Be aware that open parking is extremely limited and most assigned spots are very small. If you want to pay extra for another spot you will be put on a waitlist and when you finally get a turn you can get a spot that's really hard to fit even a small size suv. They will work with you on problems with the apartment if you ask, tight parking. My car is low so the bumps i have scraped on a few times here. could use some grinding down on the high parts of the incline they are on, generally speaking.
