I rented for 2ish years. If we had something break, it was either repaired promptly or noted as not our fault if the home owner declined to repair it. We had some issues with our move out date and needed to stay an additional 6 months. Wade put us on a month to month at no extra cost. Overall, we would rent from a Sunstate managed place again, the service was perfectly fine.

My significant other and I scheduled a viewing a couple days ago and we exchanged a few messages back and forth, confirming our appointment for today. Today we received a confirmation on whether we would show, we confirmed and arrived 5 minutes early just in case. We waited an additional 20 minutes, giving Jessica the benefit of the doubt. We called her twice after we got in the car and left and not a text, call back, or any type of interaction. Please save yourself your time and money.

This process was a nightmare and I should have gotten out earlier. I asked Wade to manage my two homes at first it was good but then quickly it turned awful. Late payments, missed payments, squatters, extra charges, city violations, and my properties were never even legal with the cities!! He cost me 10s of thousands!! Horrible management company, doesn’t respond to anything. Doesn’t repair anything. Do not rent from these people. Reach out at 9:30 pm after putting a request in 30 days prior about a non functioning AC unit while there are children in the home. Absolute disgrace. Save yourself the headache. If i could give 0 stars I would have.

I have never experienced such a business that is so unprofessional. Me and my boyfriend put in an application for a place located in Port Orange Florida. I received a phone call around 9:30 at night from Jessica, telling us our application went through and we can get the place but kept trying to force me to move in mid January when I told her February 1st.
