Absolutely the worst customer service! Brian Rivenbark offers little to none communication. He is never available to take calls and will not return messages. The company says they are property managers but when we suffered total loss of my elderly mother’s and special needs brother kitchen, the company as a whole offered no help in alleviating the issue . Only when threatened with legal action dud he respond and that was only through texts. He lies and cannot be trusted. I would never ever recommend this company
They do an excellent job
Extremely poorly managed for HOA billing. We have lived in our community for over a year. Was told by our selling agent the HOA fees will be included in our mortgage payments. We received ONE 3 month bill during this time, which we sent a check for and it was never cashed. Not once did they ever send another bill, email, or ANYTHING. We assumed it’s bc it was included in our mortgage like we were told. Then we received a notice from a collection lawyer for a bill for the past years balance + $320 of lawyer fees.
