Dissappointing at best. They tried to charge us despite not fixing the issue we called them about.
A very bad time. This company added drama to misery. They have no business in the heating industry. The owner of Sunstar Heating and Aire Barb Sheele tried to take money from us. We are an older couple who are on a limited budget on Social Security. Her company did a poor job and tried to profit from us. They failed to successfully repair our furnace. After numerous calls to repair a job they said they fixed, we finally called someone else.
