Shopping for a new tractor so stopped in at SunSouth LLC on Skyland Blvd. Horrible customer service NO ONE would help us or the other gentleman that was also there we both walked around inside and outside trying to get someone to help. We ended up leaving and so did the other customer! Guess they have sold enough tractors...
RecommendedThe parts department guys are great. The secretary at the desk is not. "HENCE" The gate was open and after her smart remarks I spent my $64,247.28 across the street on a shiney orange MS111. keep up the good job parts guys. get rid of the secretary
sun south was to pick up my lawn mower today for service. Tried to call last week to confirm. would. ot return my call. After NUMEROUS attempts to reach them today, they told me Lowes never made the arrangements. Recontacted Lowes. Found out Sun South CANCELLED because I do not live in their area. They DID NOT BOTHER TO LET ME KNOW

Had a great experience with SunSouth Tuscaloosa and big shout out to Drew Ellis who went above and beyond to help me out with my bush hog mower. Drew made a special trip to my house to help me out with an issue I was having getting it hooked up. No one does that anymore but SunSouth and Drew Ellis do. Thanks for everything you did for me.
