I went here with my son because he had a bad sore throat. The nurse did a strep test and I truly believe she didn't get a good sample. That came back negative, but they prescribed an antibiotic for his ear that was a "bit" red. He took that and fast forward two weeks later and I was diagnosed with strep! I am so fortunate that I was referred to the nice people at this office. The staff were all professional and polite, and Dr. Gupta showed great knowledge, and treated me and staff members with the highest respect. Follow ups were made at convenient times, and my prescriptions were called in even before I left the office. I have found a permanent home for myself and my family.

Words cannot express how upset I am with this place. I went in today with an awful sore throat. Turns out, it's early signs of strep according to the test I received. The Nurse Practitioner(who was nice) recommended amoxicillin. I told the lady at the front desk which pharmacy I wanted and then I left to go pick it up. They NEVER called in my prescription. This facility rates zero stars. My experience was disappointing to say the least. We are from out of state and were in need of medical services. The building was huge and we were not sure which door to enter, which was a big concern of ours since my husband is handicapped. I called the phone number listed and the mechanical voice said to leave a message which would be returned as soon as possible. I wish there was an option for NO stars, because that is what I would have rated this place. I will not be going back. If you are looking for a place that genuinely cares about you, then avoid this clinic. I went to be treated for a very bad sinus infection and paid the $85.00. The infection was better after antibiotics but not 100 percent. I simply needed a refill. I left a message for nurse Emily, and she did not even return my call. I would not recommend this office. They will tell you the price is one thing but then months later you will be called & told you owe double what you were told. I would have never gone into the clinic knowing I would have to pay as much as they are charging me now. It is an older building, supplies, etc and that is fine as I though it was keeping the cost down - NOT! Also, the front desk lady is nasty. I would not recommend!

I chose this place for the convenient hours. However, when I walked into the old building where this office is located, I felt like I was walking into an abandoned warehouse. Upon arriving, I was told that the Dr was on vacation, and they had not called me because they did not have my phone number. (Interesting, considering they had returned my call a week prior.
