1 Star goes to Pam because I called and asked for the first name of Dr. Dean. That's it, that's all. She refused to provide the information, she said she was the supervisor. Very rude and disgusting behavior, asking a doctors name does warrant picking up and hanging up phone calls when they come in, nor is requesting a DOCTORS name a HIPAA violation. Wouldn't trust calling in, you will be met with incompetence.
Lies all lies. Every bit of it is lies. Name changing won't solve a thing that's alledgely coming. It's a horrible place.
Great place to work and get familiar with how addictions and counseling works as insight for my future career path. The staff is great and the patients are some of the BEST people I’ve ever encountered. They have such good spirits at all times.
They seem to really care here! They make you feel like a family.
Sometimes they weren't organized, but Now they are Staff great and helpful. Good location. On McNichols near Davison
