Our weeping fig from Sunshine Silk is beautiful. We ordered a much more expensive Laura Ashley tree from Amazon and it was terrible. It arrived damaged and looked totally FAKE. We returned it immediately and found this website. Based on the reviews and longer lead time we were reluctant to order from them but we are very glad we did. Their customer service is horrible! Their accounting is a complete scandal! I made a very LARGE purchase of several items- they DOUBLE CHARGED my card and are NO LONGER RETURNING MY CALLS to reverse the charge!! They are completely unprofessional!
I ordered a 7 ft black bamboo tree. Took over 3 weeks to receive with no confirmation of order or shipping. It is the worst bamboo tree I have ever seen! They drilled 8 or 9 holed in a straight line down the bamboo trunk and hot glued the cheapest plastic stemmed silk bamboo leaves possible. Walmart has better. I would have returned it if my husband hadn't thrown the box away before I got home. It's going to the goodwill!
Received my tree today and it was better than expected. It was full and lifelike. They said it takes about a week to make and a week for shipping it was right on time.
Return Problems Terrible at getting credits out since we sent back 2 plants in February and it is now June and no credits to our credit card. The 4 plants we did keep were fine but they are disorganized and have no problem charging your account but very little to NO customer service after that point. For that reason I would not order from them again.
Ordered a 12 foot palm tree. Can't review the tree yet because 2 weeks since ordered I still don't have it. I was told it took 3 days to prepare it and a week for shipment. Now I was told it shipped 11 days after I ordered it and a week to 10 days to get it. Was also told I would get an email with tracking information and two days later was told they don't have my email! I would not order from them again
