Sunshine Roofing did an EXCELLENT job on my home roof replacement. Julio and the entire crew were friendly, courteous, and kept me informed as the work progressed at a very productive pace. They repaired damaged material from a previous leak, removed and discarded a hot water solar system, provided valuable advice and installed O'Hagan vents, installed new downspouts and gutters with premier guards, and finished with meticulous cleanup. We've used Sunshine Roofing (and their predecessor company Raindance Roofing) for thirty years now. They're prompt, they do what they say they're going to do, they get the job done right, and they're reachable and they'll come out if a problem crops up some years down the road.
Very disappointed to say the least. Julio came in to give me a free estimate after contacting them twice to request it. Never heard from him about the estimate. I tried to contact him several times before I gave up on him. I started contacting the company on June 1st. I sent a follow up email June 4,12,14. Sent a text message June 24 and last text was July 5th. Is this the kind of business you want to deal with?
