Avoid at All Costs – Dishonest and Shoddy Work! I wish I could give zero stars. I hired this company to install a new roof, thinking I was making a solid investment. Big mistake. Everything seemed fine at first, but just two years in—right before the warranty conveniently ran out—I noticed leaking. Sunshine Roofing did an EXCELLENT job on my home roof replacement. Julio and the entire crew were friendly, courteous, and kept me informed as the work progressed at a very productive pace. They repaired damaged material from a previous leak, removed and discarded a hot water solar system, provided valuable advice and installed O'Hagan vents, installed new downspouts and gutters with premier guards, and finished with meticulous cleanup. We've used Sunshine Roofing (and their predecessor company Raindance Roofing) for thirty years now. They're prompt, they do what they say they're going to do, they get the job done right, and they're reachable and they'll come out if a problem crops up some years down the road.
