Had appointment 8-10 am today (April 16, 2025) and they never shown up and no any single people to pick up my call. What kind of this company you are? You need to pay for my waiting time.
Had an appointment on Friday which they gave us a 2 hour window for - no one showed up, no phone call to notify us they wouldn't be coming & no one replied to the voicemail we left. Pretty brutal to keep people waiting around all day with no heads up when you have no intention of showing.
After the homophobic remarks and damage to my house that they never came good for, I hope they go out of business.
Terrible service. I had an appointment today at 10am they said they could show in a two hour window. I called at 11:40 and left a msg and sent an e-mail asking for an update. No response. Between 12-1 I called all 5 extensions in the office multiple times no one answered. It's 5pm and to date no one has called me to tell me the tech is not coming, no one has responded to my inquiries.
