Amazing property management office, they keep taken videos every 6 months to show the owner how tenants keep the property. They for sure send the mainantence guy usually so quickly and repair sooner than expected. I represented a renters to get condo and.thejr response was amazing efficient.

Unhappy, rented us a house that was uninhabitable due to dead rodents inside the walls. House smelled so bad from the decomposition. Tried to charge us more for another house. Didn't want to give us back our money. Had to drive back to Michigan in less than a week as they could not find us another monthly rental without upcharges! Wanted at least $600 more and could not get in for a few days. I had a broken ankle, casted, on crutches, we had 2 dogs, and my husband. NO HELP. Were told they had to make more money.
