Ashley is amazing!! She helped sell my house quickly and helped me negotiate with my buyers very efficiently. I also was buying at the exact same time and Ashley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when looking and finally placing an offer on the perfect house for me. She worked well with the mortgage company and the title company on having my sale and purchase done at the same time on the same day. Ashley is definitely recommended and I will be using her again when I sell again.
