I love it
Renting a house from this real estate agency is not a good idea. The agent only cares about collecting money and does not deal with any rental disputes between tenants. Although the rent is higher than that of similar houses in the neighborhood (possibly due to the inclusion of agency fees), the service is not better. I will never rent from a real estate agency again. I have stay at a home manage by Sunshine Investment for 4 years. My experience with them has been nothing but great. They respond quickly to worker orders and they follow up to make sure the problem is fix. If the problem doesn’t get fix right away they will make sure you are comfortable with temporary substitution in the meantime. I truly recommend Sunshine Investment to other for future home rental.
