I can highly recommend Sunshine Psychiatry, especially Tracy Dzugan who has worked miracles for me getting my insurance to accept a new medication for sleep. She has also worked a few miracles for me as I have travelled a lot this year and needed pharmacy changes frequently. Thank you, thank you!
I have had nothing short of a stellar experience with Tracy Dzugan as my provider. She is warm, caring, and always puts patient outcomes first. Tracy has been prompt to every appointment, and on the ball with prescription management!
I do not recommend coming here. The first NP I had was great, but then she left the company & the service was horrific thereafter. They weren’t meeting service requirements at all and had very incompetent staff take over. The last apt I had, the nurse practitioner called 1/2 hour prior to the apt not knowing what time it was at. Then, we had the appointment & it lasted about 5-10 mins of just her asking me about the dosages of meds I’m on and all about my situation. Dr. Rosa is VERY good at her job. She takes her title as a care provider seriously and has gone above and beyond to see me early when I needed it. She asks all the right questions, our appointments are dense and productive. Ive had a few docs where the appts just felt like a formality to rubber stamp another prescription but that's not the case here. Plus, all of her staff are awesome!
